Director of Operations
Margaret Budiselic is a co-founder of Daughters of Hope Resources Society, a non-profit serving Black and racialized communities in BC’s Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. She provides housing support, financial literacy, and community resources to those in need.
She leads Community and Equity initiatives in the non-profit sector and volunteers as Vice President of Ravens Moon Resource Society, working with Indigenous communities to promote social justice.
With over 15 years in financial retail lending at Canada’s largest credit union, small business experience, and non-profit board expertise, Margaret combines professional knowledge with lived experience. She volunteers in local meal programs supporting people at risk of homelessness.
Margaret is a mother of three who enjoys running, hiking, swimming, and travelling, committed to building a more inclusive society.
